We Chose Brisvegas removalists as they offered a reasonable quote. However once we had confirmed a pick up date the communication ceased. Despite multiple calls to find out what time to expect the removalists, we were given no information until 4 hours prior to their arrival (we weren’t even sure they would turn up on the day). We were quoted 7-10 days for the interstate move which was fine, but it was much of the same at the other end. We were told our furniture would arrive on Tuesday, but...
