I found Brothers Furniture Freighters overall very good. They were early to my home. They packed everything expertly & only 1 piece of furniture had a chip in it out of a whole lot. The only issue I had was the person that gave me a quote over the phone didn't clearly state what was involved ie they bill from their depot to back to their depot which ended costing several hundred dollars more which luckily I had put away otherwise it could have gone horribly. Arrived right on time and were great with moving all of our furniture. That being said, a bolt for the bed was lost during the move, not sure what happened there but it was annoying to replace (one of the staff said he placed in in a washing basket but it wasn't recovered- would have been better to ask me where I would like to store it if it was loose). Overall the movers were friendly and careful with our furniture. Would recommend as there was only one hiccup moving the whole house.
