They also went above and beyond disassembling and reassembling our couch when it wouldn't fit through the door. Thanks for your feedback Savindri There has clearly been some confusion as kellie text and also spoke to you on the phone the day before your move where you said anytime between 11am & 1pm was fine , unfortunately with Covid - 19 and staff sickness & shortages you would be a little more understanding , perhaps a email or phone call prior to plastering this review all over the internet would have been suffice where i would have had a look at compensating you a bit , there was no mention of any issues on the day when paying your invoice total nor has there been any communication from you to alert to the fact that you're unhappy we regularly test out team via RAT to ensure the safety for our customers , our team and their families ... we are just grateful that we managed to detect the issue before it became significant .... once again i do apologies for any inconvenience caused and if you misunderstood kellies phone call and text the day before your move explaining the situation Cheers Craig

Average service, removalists brought mud into my house all over carpet which wasn’t professional, as well one removalist deciding to carry a piece alone that was clearly too heavy for one, resulting in scuffing a few walls without care. Arrived at 10:30 and finished at 1:30 on the dot, yet charged for 10 - 2:30 somehow without any explanation, was an additional $200 out of pocket... I’d go elsewhere next time
