Bo and his team did a wonderful job for us. Everything was well taken care of, wrapped with felt during loading. During unloading we weren't present but they placed everything exactly how they were told, we provided a little floor plan with instructions. Nothing was missing or broken. We moved from Melbourne to Portlandso it was important to get the right removalist. They came and did a quote un like most others on fineamover . Most companies said we needed 10 ton truck when in fact we needed 100 ton truck They are very friendly small family business arrived on time. Thay didn't waist time packing or unloading the truck. They also put our furniture in the rooms.

Be prepared to "get what you pay for" Most quotes were double what chandlers quoted and I was happy to go through with the services. However the due date came and went and not a phone call or message.
Boxes were delivered squished (albeit it was wet on pick up) they weren't in a Good conditon. Especially my boxes labelled fragile.

We received very prompt service throughout the quote and booking process. Had a large household to relocate interstate and used their packing service which went well. However a number or pieces of furniture were significantly damaged, two beyond repair. Damage was not disclosed and was left for us to discover. Was offered discount on other items we have to relocate at a later date but will not use their service again.
