My name is Jeremy and my partner India-Leigh and we are the owner operators of East Coast Removals & Backloading, I oversee the logistics and operations of the business whilst India-Leigh takes care of all our office & finance administration.

Whilst East Coast Removals & Backloading are a newly established business however be sure not to let that deter you. With over 15 years combined industry experience in the furniture removals sector, we felt though that it was our time to step out to work for ourselves.

We pride ourselves in exceeding our customer's expectations. We recognise that moving house interstate can sometimes be extremely stressful, so we make the process as hassle-free as possible by doing all of the leg work, from start to finish.

Hi Jacob, Apologies about how you feel with this move. You were travelling such a large distance across some of the roughest roads. Timings and mobile reception also made it hard to stay in complete communication and get to your destination in such a quick time. We attempt to be as professional and safe with your valuable items as possible. As your job was loaded and not moved from its position in the truck what so ever I apologize about the mark on mattress, and scuff mark on a couple of your items, this feedback will definately help us improve how we move items on such remote roads!
