Unfortunately I wouldn't recommended these guys in a month of Sundays. I'm not one for doing bad reviews but this was on another level.

The guys were about an hour late to arrive, but that was communicated with me through the reception lady, so was all good.
The guys did a great job getting everything out quickly and were careful with all walls and door frames.
There was one piece that had a small scratch on the edge but it is barely noticeable and if I didn't see it happen I probably wouldn't have even noticed.
They packed everything into the truck brilliantly, it was all wrapped up and nothing got squashed or bent.

Only the owner (Jade) seemed to be a qualified removalist. On occasion he had to give instructions to his team on how tio move this or that item. Jade did a great job packing the two trucks. The team damaged several things while moving goods in: they dented the corner of our new fridge which was in the house, broke off a satellite speaker in the lounge, and left a skive in the plasterboard. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the time it took to complete the job. The job was booked for 8am and the truck arrived at 11.45am. The items were packed by 12.50pm and I told the boys to follow me to the storage facility. Based on your quote, it was on our time schedule on the day as the quote was a backload quote with multiple loads being picked up & delivered on the day.

After a challenging start (delay due to other clients), the team did a fantastic job.
I was also one of the difficult ones in that I underestimated the move volume, which without doubt has a flow on effect to the guys in being able to provide a punctual service to all Pre booked clients. The Ikea table we offered you a discount to purchase a new one but you refused & advised "It's not a problem".
The dings in the washing machine this is the first we have heard about it .

The young men who came to the farm the do my furniture removal went way above and beyond what was expected. My things were significantly damaged from 6 years of storage but the boys spent hours helping me sift through everything sorting it out. The boys where extremely professional and polite. They did an excellent job, retrieving from our storage and setting up my new home. The price was excellent and their service was even better. I'd highly reccomend them to any one. Just need to communicate times a little better the day prior, as I wasn't exactly sure when they where coming.
