No extra charge for stairs up to 1st floor of unit/apartment from parking level (but 2nd floor at each end will cost you extra $5 per hour),

No hidden fee,

Minimum 2 hrs charge for 1 ton vans & 2.5 hrs for trucks and 3.5 ton vans. If full VAN load, minimum 3 hrs charge.


Charge in half hourly block after min hours

Weekends and after hours $5 per hr extra

Policy on cancellation

Cancellation fee of $130 apply should you cancel the job for any reason within 3 days before the service date. Should you not pay, we'll take action which may effect your credit rating.


Policy on damages

All items much be checked by the customer while the removalists are still at your property. If any damage is seen, claims can only be made while the removalists are still at the delivery address. The claims will not be accepted after the removalists leave the delivery address.

Policy on completion of the move

It is customer responsibility to check and ensure that all items that they like to move have been moved from the pick up address.
