Shatahl was great to deal with over the phone, very clear and transparent communication, sometimes you can just hear when someone is authentic. The quoting process was smooth, this company was one of two who emailed me a formal quote/invoice, without ambiguities, on company letterhead per my request.
The movers were very polite and friendly throughout the job. As the loading process went from AM to after 2PM, we also gave them money for lunch.
I was disappointed that they did the 'dump and run' when delivering the goods - I understand it was late, we had no power at the property, and it started raining... - but avoiding that 'dump a...
