Unfortunately the office girl was super busy and didn't understand the size of the goods being transported. I tried to explain to her but she said it didn't really matter.......well it did when they came to collect the goods to transport!!! They demanded an extra $300 on the quoted price and in the end taking $200 extra from my daughter who then didn't have rent money for the week!!! She was young and vulnerable so paid it in cash. Kent refused to give a refund even though I detailed the miscommunication.
I've since been told that this is a standard scare tactic that removalists use to get extra money. It made the whole procedure extra sour.
The goods did arrive in good time and the removalists were friendly.

After an initial quote, it was very difficult to contact the provider to update the quote closer to moving date. I was assured via email that the estimated space required to move interstate was enough. When the truck arrived we were told that we were way over - had to pay almost half the original quote on top of he whole amount on the spot & had to leave some items behind in storage. (All of our furniture was flat packed & did not take much room) we also had to carry most of the boxes & items to the truck (it was a completely flat driveway) otherwise the driver wanted an additional $80.00???? (There were 2 guys I was assured would move everything - not the case). I wouldn't use this service again.

There was a breakdown in communication (they thought I had been notified) as the table arrived 2 days late as one of the drivers was taken to hospital, but I was not advised that this had happened and I was away on holidays at the time and had someone come over to stay at my house all day. She was not very happy with having had to waste the day.

They kept in contact by phone and emailed full information. Arrived exactly as planned and worked quickly. The drive was too difficult for the large pantechnicon, everything was carried down with extreme care. I wasn't as prepared as I said I would be, they cheerfully added the extra tasks. They were a pleasure to deal with, my sister who received the items at the other end was equally charmed. Everything was in perfect condition.

it was on time from pickup to delivery.. however.. the movers didn't take all my goods upstairs.. they only took the heavier boxes.. i still had to move about 10 boxes upstairs.. but it's alright.. i needed my morning exerciese.. but if i was an old 60 yo granny or say that I have parkingson disease.. maybe it would have been different

Overall, I was really happy with the movers. They arrived with my goods a little later than they said; I don't mind at all, but it might have been nice if they had communicated that they'd be late, rather than have me chasing them up about it.

These movers are very careless and dodgy. Finally arrived 3 h after the pickup time. Apparently the storage unit was 100+ m from the truck (no way), which was a $200+ surcharge. Most of my items were damaged upon arrival. They wouldn’t take responsibility, saying the damage could have been there already. Their “insurance” only covers truck rollovers. Lastly, not everything was delivered, some of my items went missing! Really regret booking them. Avoid!

Before the move there were a few things that bothered me but i was willing to over look.
Firstly I had a storage container with padlock which I had arranged for the key and access to to granted on Monday morning. However on Sunday I received a call from the mover that he was planning on picking up that day. I unfortunately couldn't get the key to them on the day (Sunday) therefore i instructed them to remove the lock. Unfortunately they couldn't so they told me they would they would have to postpone my move for the week. I was unhappy but was left with no choice.
On the day of delivery the removals arrived at my location at 5:45pm and told me they couldn't get up the driveway, which was fair enough. Therefore I organised a trailer to move the furniture from the bottom to the top of the driveway. Unfortunately the trailer broke so we had to borrow the neighbours. Again not their fault. At this stage it was dark. They unloaded all of my gear onto the street.
Once the second trailer arrived I asked if the movers would help me move a few of the larger items as i didn't have anyone to help me. When i put the equipment into the trailer, the movers told me they were going to the truck for a drink, when i got the trailer to the top of the driveway. They took off without warning and was left with everything.
I then had to ask my 73 step dad to help me move the heavier items in the dark.
I understand they have a job to do but at the end of the day a company such as this should have been more organised from the beginning and not left me without warning. Would expect more improvement if i was to use them again.
