We all know how absolutely dodgy some removalists can be, some of the companies I spoke to gave me ridiculous quotes which I knew would definitely blow out by the time the move was finished.

The two movers were likeable, well-meaning and industrious, but lacked some skills.They said they rarely had to do packing. They brought enough boxes for the books but didn't bring any other boxes. Instead, they used my garbage bags. They had a very strong trolley which could have moved cupboards etc without disturbing the contents but except for the filing cabinet, they insisted on taking everything out, stuffing it into my garbage bags then mixed them all up which made unpacking difficult....
