I am an engineer and I moved a lot. Moving is as stressful as changing jobs. You need someone to look after you, really listen and consider your needs and work with you. Ace Movers did just that. After I had been let down by a large and "accredited" company trying to squeeze money out of me, by adding me to their larger job, and pushing me around their "bigger client's" plans, I was left shocked and cancelled. Being my second choice, Ace on the opposite, provided a personalised service, accommodated my times, came earlier than had to, and waited half hour for me to start, delivered everything safely. Staff were courteous yet friendly. I paid a little more, but was treated with respect and got the job done as they took all the stress off me. Thank you!

A fair bit more expensive then the quoted amount, the truck was smaller than needed and could not fit everything so I have to move a large amount by myself.

Never again. Guys do not even bring their own equipment from the truck. Moves one item at a time and when you complain they are slow they wanna blame it on distance between truck and apt. Ignore instruction clearly written on box and damaged my cabinet and tried to blame myself cause the drawers were not secure enough as an excuse for their negligence.

- did not bring a truck large enough to carry all of the stated boxes and bags. i had to drive a van and spend the next two day moving things

Over five hours late, so we missed the booking time for the loading dock at the receiving end. Dropped things numerous times, have been finding lots of dings and scratches that weren't there before. Positioned themselves as a premium provider but they're the same crap service as the lowest bidders.

Mitch and his team turned up on time, did the job, which included unexpected taking apart of office desks etc, got everything to our storage facility and stacked it carefully. $440 quote, $560 cost, because of all the taking apart of furniture to get it out of the space it was in. Happy with the service and the cost, they managed our expectations well.

The people that came to move our furniture were efficient, wasted no time and packed their truck super tight! It was impressive to see so much stuff packed in. They also took care of all our furniture, walls and protected the furniture well with blankets and tape. No hesitation in recommending the service.

Were 30 mins late. No care with our stuff. Gave up getting our beds upstairs and as soon as they left we got them up first go. Broke our washing machine.

I am quite happy with how the removalists handled my items. There was a delay of arrival, and I was notified - it worked in my favour as it gave me more time to be organised and have boxes and items ready to go to make a quicker move.
Price was as advised and well within the time frame quoted.

The service was very well priced, particularly given lots of my heavy furniture had to go up stairs- movers were patient and listened well. However, I feel like it definitely could have been more professional and punctual (arrived almost 40 minutes late, movers were regularly on their phones for non-business purposes, moved slowly like they were trying to drag out the service out for as long as possible). But ultimately, the service fulfilled my needs and the movers were reliable/trustworthy when I needed to leave early.
