Laura's Feedback:
Very poor communication throughout. I had to call 6-8 times to get a timeframe of when my furniture etc would be picked up. Picked up 3-4 days later than when booked despite my having previously changed it to fit in with my partner's work schedule. It is understandable to have some delays which would have been ok if these were communicated effectively. I was pretty disappointed overall and won't use the same service again.

Initially I was a bit worried because Auslink did not have a lot of feedback. However I did not mind to give a go as somehow they are Very easy to deal with them. Seriously they entertained to all my questions. Very prompt and completed the task in an hour time to help the elderly. Hopefully can manage to engage with them in the future.

Earlier communication was OK and superb. i confirmed my quote via the phone and confirmation received 9 Nov via email. I replied an hour later on the pictures and details as described on the phone. Pick up was set on 17 Nov. was really hoping everything will be sorted. During the pick up day, our client mentioned the driver refused to collect some items despite we have booked for 6-7 cubic space. very disappointed as it is very very hard to engage with the client to set for an appointment. We texted the office number and the driver to collect the items but received no response. Items well received at the warehouse and after we measured total cubic was only 4 cubics. If they picked up the remaining items as requested, it would be about 6-7 cubics. We have mentioned in the email all items with labels to be picked up but apparently the email we sent 9 Nov were not seen?? And guess what, it’s almost 3 weeks from the pick up last time & Until now we still not able to get appointment with client to collect the remaining things.
