For those thinking of using a mover, look else where and DO NOT USE THESE GUYS and here is why...In the last 5 years i have used different companies to deliver 22 items in total and 21 were delivered successfully with no problems except 1...Now i purchased a valuable rare Antique Grandfather Clock because it was rare, beautiful and most importantly, complete and in perfect working order...Now Budget Aussie Movers screwed up big time mainly because they don't follow simple instructions given to them by seller and just don't care about anything...They were given instructions by the seller to put the Grandfather clock 3 weights and the 6 inch brass leader into the shoe box he gave them and told 1 of them DO NOT lose the brass leader as it is a very important piece that makes clock work...Then they messaged saying will be delivering Friday evening and asked for more money too which i will explain shortly, anyway i waited and waited and they were a no show, then waited and waited Saturday and they were a no show, then Sunday they turn up out of the blue with no phone call and when asked where were they, they had traveled all the way to QLD Brisbane for a job with clock still on truck that means they would have gone past me in NSW to QLD then back with Antique Grandfather Clock still on truck, you never take an item further then necessary but they did..Then they got the clock of the truck as one guy lowered it down by hand to the other guy and stomped it on the road which is more then likely when the chime rods snapped off then one of them carried the weights down to me in his hands instead of in shoe box seller gave them to put them in with the brass leader and when i asked where the brass leader was that seller gave them with shoe box and not to lose they didn't answer me and never gave me the brass leader so they did what seller told them NOT to do which was not to lose the brass leader and to top that off one of them said pendulum connects here and connected it to a cog behind clock face which it does NOT connect to and did NOT give me the brass leader...So i purchased a rare complete valuable Antique Grandfather Clock that worked and received a broken none working with missing part worthless clock and broken chime rods and on top off that they ignore messages about it so don't go thinking you are protected by them even though they say you are because you are not so i am getting the ACCC and so on involved...Another thing is once you agree to them doing the job they try and up the money and ask for more which you will see they had done to others in feedback as well, but what they don't realize is once you accept them to do the job it is a binding contract...SO SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB FOR YOU as this was the most disappointing experience i have ever had using these services and am left with a worthless broken and missing part Grandfather Clock...

overnight service Sydney to Melbourne, fast friendly and economical

Worst experience with this company. Phone calls go un answered on both mobile and landline numbers as well as emails. They were meant to collect Saturday 2 weeks ago and again on Wednesday both times were a no show. Check out there reviews on productreview.com.au before booking with this pathetic exscuse of a business. We expect a full refund of our $200 deposit or further action will be taken.

I was very pleased with the removalists - polite and accommodating and most importantly they were moving my whole garden from Sydney all the way to Byron and not 1 pot was damaged in the process - Thank you very much Tom and the Team !

Good service , mirror arrived safely . Price was $250 not $150

Communication was a little bit clunky, but all in all these guys did a great job!
