Started of well with good communication from the boss, Lincoln. Pick up was delayed 1 day which was okay and it got further delayed for a Tuesday delivery when pick up changed to Saturday. Driver threatened to dump my belongings in storage in Bundaberg when delivery was Brisbane. My belongings arrived the Tuesday morning with damage to my brand new fridge. Contacted the boss and he replied asking for photos, photos were sent and now haven’t heard a single word from them for 1 week. Not happy.

Hi Tayla, I can understand your frustration however just to clarify that it was not OUR company that transported your items. Our main job on the truck required the rest of the truck and as you were a small backload we couldn't accomodate your items. Lincoln did keep you updated and instead of leaving your items behind totally we sourced another company to assist. Unfortuantely things seemed to go haywire and Lincoln dealt with this company until your delivery. I received your email on the 21st of December and responded straight away (I have sent you that screenshot) Lincoln worked back to back Interstate runs to keep up with demand before Xmas so he would have had alot going on to not respond to your message in a timely manner, apologies for that. We would like to help you and I am awaiting your email reply to deal with the actual company that transported your items. Regards, Donna

I have no hesitation recommending the Dmac for your next move, local or interstate. A+ service and competitive pricing. Moved interstate (QLD to NSW) and the Dmac team were great from the first point of contact. Donna was very communicative and professional. She provided plenty of information and was accommodating to a few obstacles we had to overcome. On the day of the move, I received a call from the team to advise of their arrival time, they showed up when they advised and got straight to work. Very friendly and professional, they got everything loaded up quickly and efficiently. On arrival at the new property, they were happy to place furniture in our preferred locations and I noticed they paid attention to makings on boxes such as 'fragile' and 'do not stack' which meant everything arrived safe and secure with no damage or issue. Thanks to this great team for making a stressful situation (interstate relocation) so easy!

The initial contact and booking confirmation was great. Truck was due to arrive +-2pm it only arrived at 8:30pm, packing (9 boxes) was only completed at 1:am. Once going through the boxes found cleaning products and 2 bedroom lamps in the same box with liquid seeped into lamp due to not being wrapped etc. Would not recommend

We moved interstate from Northern NSW to FNQ (Cairns region) and were very happy with the service we received from Dmac Backloading Pty Ltd. Donna kept in touch with us prior to the pick up date, and Lincoln kept in touch during the removal, ensuring the safe arrival of our furniture. They went above and beyond when moving my fridge from the 1st level as it couldn't be taken down the stairs, they wrapped it and very carefully lowered it from the balcony ensuring no damage was done. Would definitely recommend Dmac Backloading Pty Ltd, however I hope not to have to need to use them again!

I am SO happy I went with Dmac. We have moved all over the world... and Each time, we have been disappointed with the service and how our personal items were handled. This company take their job very seriously and make sure you have all the information upfront. Donna was amazing keeping in regular contact with me, helping me with my inventory and even calling to make sure I was getting along ok. When the movers arrived they were professional, friendly and fast. Dmac are genuinely good people and are absolutely trustworthy. Don't be fooled into thinking cheapest is your best option. Dmac were not the cheapest but far from the most expensive, but we felt the price was incredible considering the amount of effort and work went into moving our three bedroom home. Thanks Guys!

Hi David, We appreciate all feedback weather it be good or bad, but I do find it a bit rude when we receive a review that is false and misleading. I have just reviewed my staffs phone messages and call register and the communication on there part was very sufficient, I can’t say the same for you though. You advised us that josh had told you delivery would be on Sunday at the latest. My driver Stuart organised a 7am delivery on the Sunday morning. In regards to service as described we are a Backloading service where we carry many jobs at one time. We do our absolute best to make it work everybody but unfortunately like other industrys we do get unexpected delays. It definitely is not something we do on purpose as we love nothing more than to be at home with our families. As for an invoice, you paid by eftpos on the spot and received a receipt. You have not contacted us nor did you advise our driver that you required anything further. Please in future if you leave a review for a company just be honest. Regards Owner Lincoln 0497700752

Hi Zoe, This is sad to us to hear of your disappointment on here ,as if I had received your email I would of responded.I would like to think that in the event I hadn't responded that perhaps a telephone call could have had this sorted out. In regards to the leg castor Rob and Lincoln spoke on the phone and it didnt seem to be an issue, as they are replaceable and of course we would have covered that cost. In regards to the toy box, Lincoln confirmed that it was a flat pack unit that was full of items,therefore we can't see the negligence on our behalf as flat pack furniture is strongly advised to be flatpacked down during transport. Please refer to your instruction manual for that item in regards to transport. In regards to the mat this is news to us as Rob never spoke of that missing and the truck was completely emptied on delivery. Also your move was back in March so these things should have been addressed straight after delivery for a quick resolution. If you wish to discuss this further please call 0497 700 752. Great communication from Donna once we had confirmed our move. Nick our removalist was a brilliant Tetris king packing all our stuff into the truck. Guys worked hard to load and unload our stuff into storage. Always had a smile and basically moved everything into the truck by themselves. Very friendly and helpful team at DMAC. The service I received from Donna, Lincoln and the team on a recent move from the Gold Coast to Canberra was outstanding. In the initial stages Donna rang me and talked me through their processes and service provided. When it finally came time to move they were able to accommodate our move with Just over a weeks notice . The team kept me informed on pick up time at all stages. Loading was efficient and goods were transported safely. They provided details of what time they would arrive at the drop off location and communicated with my son on where things needed to be unloaded. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise .

Donna was an absolute delight to deal with, very prompt, easy to talk to and made everything stress free. The pick up time was on point and all goods were loaded on quickly, and efficiently, making sure we didn't go over! Lincoln is a strategic packer that's for sure. The boys were friendly and polite. But drop off time was a little off, which wasn't a problem but communication would have saved us waiting around. All in all it was a great experience and I would 100% recommend Dmac to everyone, and use them again in future if need be. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Dmac removals. They moved me from Gold Coast to Sydney. Greatest of all is that they made it EASY. Moving is just the worst but if you get a good crew like Dmac the headache is removed. Donna was so friendly and helpful in organizing my booking and helping me plan. The boys were on time with their massive truck and were professional and friendly from the get-go. They were also very accommodating with a surprise piano move I may or may not have sprung on them last minute. My move involved 3 floors of stairs and they managed that in their stride. Great value. Would definitely recommend and use again.
