What an ordeal it was to deal with this company. After booking their services online and sending a deposit I made a follow up call to make sure everything was booked, ready and received. It was going well, until the day of the booking.
I asked for the earliest booking possible which was 8am, so I booked them for their minimum booking time (2hrs) so let me just reiterate that the booking was suppose to be from 8AM to 10AM. So 8:10am comes and they are still not there and no one has called me to inform me that they are late so I take it upon myself to call them and ask what is happening. After they hung up and said they had to call the driver to find out, they called back to tell me that they had got the address wrong and will be there shortly. Knowing I would now be behind my own schedule I drove to the destination address, received a delivery from another company and drove all the way back to the original house and they still were not there. So it was 9:30, an hour and a half into a 8-10AM job and no one had arrived. Again, I had to call them to chase it up and they told me that unfortunately there was a technical issue during booking and the job was never assigned (even though I called to confirm), the man on the phone said that they would be there in an hour..... so arriving at 10:30 to a 8 o'clock booking, great.
11AM comes and STILL no one. By this point I am furious so my mother tries to call them instead. The man on the other line promised that the truck would arrive at 2PM, so 6 hours later than the promised time. We take what we can get and shuffled around plans as much as we could to fit their schedule.
2PM comes and they are still a no show. Unbelievable. Still furious, so my partner tries calling them and FINALLY they apologise for the delay. They guarantee us that they will be there by 4PM and we demand an email confirmation at this point because clearly they do not stick to their word.
4PM comes and they actually arrive and the delivery drivers tell us that they werent even told about the job until 10:30. Thankfully the delivery people were the only nice thing about the company and did the job no problem.
Overall, the job took an hour from pick up to delivery, we had to pay them for the full 2 hours with no discount or compensation despite the 8 hours of our time they wasted. It was an awful experience, the people on the other end of the phone do not follow up or give intuitive information about their services and I would absolutely not ever, ever, ever recommend ANYONE to use this company.
