It's not easy to get an approval from my wife... Both myself and my wife are VERY satisfied with how these guys did the job. On time, hard working, happy and friendly gentlemen... Not a single scratch on any surface (goods and walls). Not the cheapest in the market but definitely the BEST value for money! We have moved a lot and tried many removalists, trust me none very as good as these guys. Highly recommended.

Dereck & Darrin were super lovely guys that did our move for us stress free..nothing was a problem for them & they sure know how to pack a truck pretty darn fast. They moved us from Nerang to Molendiar today 15th Dec, i highly reccomend First Move Transport & if i have to move again i know exactly who ill be calling..thanks guys..great job ;)

I was booked in for a 7am move but due to some issues on the movers' end, it was pushed back to 1:35pm. Despite the delay, Jesse and Rob did splendidly. Both guys were professional and friendly. I was amazed at how quick the job got done but at the same time handled my furniture with care. Big thumbs up to both Jesse and Rob! Thank you for your hardwork!

Took good care of my belongings, they communicated really well, they need to wear gloves though to protect their hands and the gloves would help them be more covid safe. Otherwise great service definitely worth what I paid for!

I used first move transport on 1 Feb 2021 to move across Brisbane. The guys doing the job (James, Jeremy and Leo) were easy to work with, friendly, up beat/always happy, and good at what they do. We have moved many times and never have we had such good care of our furniture during packing and transit. The job was predicted to take 8/9 hours with two truck loads, and these guys had it done in 5 with only one truck load needed. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service provided. As we were working over a distance (1 either end of the relocation) It would have been useful to be provided with an eta to be on site when the truck arrived, outside of that, extremely helpful and happy gents.

The guys turned up when expected, were very careful not to damage either the walls or the furniture. We were kept informed of expected arrival time at the end place and when there was a slight delay due to a need to swap an offsider, we were not charged for that time. Very happy with the movers and would recommend them.

The service provided by First Move Transport well met our needs. Oliver was highly communicative from the start, and kept us informed of all details prior to and after the move. Unfortunately, the day before we were informed that the scheduled time for our move was postponed from early morning to later in the day, however, Oliver advised us as soon as he became aware of the change. The gentlemen who moved our contents had their work cut out for them with the heat at that time of day, but completed their work with a smile and friendly attitude from start to finish.

The guys were amazingly polite, very careful with our furniture and did not stop! They wrapped everything in blankets. I was very impressed.

Fantastic service, smashed the whole move in just over 3 hours. Dean and Josh were very professional and efficient, I will definitely be using this service again and recommending to others. They were 30 mins later than booked, but they did call immediately to let me know they were delayed due to traffic. Booking was quick and easy and the total cost was well worth the job done.

Movers were a little late, but very rough on furniture and walls minor damage done to both. Didn't follow instructions very well of where to put furniture or what to leave behind. Job done though. Probably wouldn't use the service again.

We could not have been happier with the move completed by the First Move Transport team. From the start Oliver’s quote was prompt and his communication was excellent. The moving team of Daniel and Leo were fantastic- they communicated clearly before arrival, were on time and so efficient with the careful packing and loading of our house. Moving can be a very stressful time although Oliver and his team took all the worry out and completed our move at a fantastic price. We will definitely be recommending First Move to our friends and family and would not hesitate to use again.

Out of shear desperation I searched on "findamover" website. My daughter was waiting until 10.00am for her arranged truck to arrive....no show. First Move Transport were amazing, polite, punctual and I couldn't fault them. Arrived in 1 and half hours later to move her from Brisbane to Goondiwindi. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful service and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much, First Move First contacted me within 5 minutes by phone and whilst we had a couple of hiccups they delivered on time and came through for us.
