Absolutely fantastic service from the guys today (Sunday!). Dave and Harley were great. Nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, professional, friendly and very organised. Dave and Katie kept me updated with their progress from Cairns to Brisbane. Unloading and moving my goods at the destination was once again done expertly.

They were able to provide a very quick service for us (within like 10 days notice) and were able to sort things out while we were in Australia (we live overseas normally). Liam could not have been more helpful. I had a truck booked for long distance from another service which was cancelled. Liam was able to rearrange some jobs to ensure my move from Brisbane to Rocky could go ahead. I booked for a delivery from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne. At the beginning, I was very excited to book through this company as all the reviews I read had great comments. We arranged a pickup date, which was short notice, so I had to pack my things in 24 hours. I only had one room to pack, so it wasn't too inconvenient at the time.

Thank you for your review. We consider all reviews and make internal changes were we deem necessary to ensure client satisfaction. I’m sorry that you could only offer a 3/5 star review in this time. I have had many communications with you in regards to the requirement that your small amount of goods was to be picked up by X date. We did meet that date. I originally thought that we could collect the following day from when I first spoke to you, however this changed (due to circumstances beyond our control) that evening and I offered you a refund for that inconvenience of packing said boxes that day. We asked you at that stage whether this new date of pick-up and delivery would suit your requirements. If it did not, I would have processed you a refund with no hesitation. As you said yes – we followed through with the next delivery date. I recall you advised me specifically that the date the goods are picked up is most important, ‘I am flexible on the delivery date’. You stated you just need to ensure that you could be there when the truck arrived in Melbourne. I understand that you travelled to cooler Melbourne where your clothes were and required such clothes from said boxes sooner. I pride myself on communications and replied to all of your texts after hours and on the weekend. All of your texts were responded to quickly. I feel that 3 out of 5 stars is disappointing, as I feel I went above and beyond for you as I do with all clients. However, I respectfully take your review as feedback and will re-consider all practices in light of this. I hope you have moved in well. Great service - we were in an unknown area (removal) Katie and Matt seemed like a genuine family business. We are super pleased that you were happy with our service for moving your few items to QLD.
Townsville Floods ~ 2019 Major catastrophic weather event had us re organising over 15 jobs!
We had our trucks stuck either side of the flood. Directed by emergency crew to move to higher ground saw Matt stuck west of Townsville for 7 days!
We had another truck from Victoria drive to North QLD and back again to complete all jobs out of Victoria so no customer was declined service.
Happy to say so far the reviews are that everyone is pleased that we were able to get the job done within the booked time frames even though the odds were completely against us!
A massive team effort, inundated by the public advising us that other removalists had 'simply cancelled and offered no alternative'
We are super happy we were able to be there on time for your pick up and delivery!
