I was disappointed that handy removalists used another company to move my stuff. I accepted handy removals quote but when talking to them they gave me a number for another movers who weren't very professional. They turned up a day late and only came with one person so i had to give them a hand to load the truck which wasnt specified before taking the quote. It also cost me an extra $90 than quoted due to the contracting of another company.

Had high hopes as our mover cancelled half way on our trip up, these guys collected that same day then driver loses a finger delivery is 2 days later then turned up with water damaged goods and broken boxes, missing items one box of which was delivered last night 2 days after our delivery. Things doesn't always go as planned, as in my case the mover wasn't able to come on the day as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, but Anthony reorganised it and was very helpful and got another truck the following morning. It has been the worst experience that I have ever received from a mover in my life I would suggest that you give this company a wide berth if you are looking for a mover and can find a mover please explain how you allow this mover to be registered on your website, handy home removals have managed to not carry out any thing I was advised was going to take place.

Anthony arranged a removalist that didn't bother to turn up, then arranged for them to arrive the next morning, they were an hour late, rude and unapologetic. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the two men and their ability to move me and their attitude so sent them away. Anthony did not refund my $95.00 payment.
