Not a real positive experience. Rang 25 minutes before due and said they were going to be 2 hours late (surely you would have before then that you were going to be that late). Turned up 2 hours & 20 minutes late. Used up every minute of the quoted time despite us doing extra moving with 3 cars whilst we waited for them to arrive (expected them to be a lot quicker). The positive, nothing was broken or damaged.

While quote was reasonable and they did the job quickly, it was a little disappointing that they showed up over two hours early to the seller’s house and never contacted me letting me know they would be early. The pot plant had a big piece broken off previously and the guy showed it to you before taking the plant from the pickup address. No damage was done to any of your property. You told the guys that you only wanted them to take the big furniture and you'll take all the small items as you had already organised 4 other vehicles to help you. They dismantled your beds and a table. No mover can carry a fully assembled bed. The staff were also instructed by your son to only take large furniture. Thank you

Hi Thomas, The quotation was an estimate based on the description of furniture given. You were were not given a fixed price but an hourly rate. You did not state that you beds will be dismantled and assembled by the guys and you know very well the weather was very bad. More delays were due to the fact that adequate preparation was not done. This made the job to take an hour longer. Thank you

Hi Halga, We have gone through your email and booking details. You had more furniture than what you listed, a 12 tonne truck is a very large truck that fits every large family home furniture. You requested for a 12 tonne truck which we provided. All the furniture is always wrapped and strapped, all our trucks have 40 removals blankets each. With the bbq, in our email conversation, glad you pointed out that you were mistaken that the damage was caused by us before consulting your partner who told you it was not our guys. The pier that was moved is not considered major damage. It was put back in position. In future, please avoid providing misinformation and false negative feedback.
