We had a fantastic experience. We moved from Canberra to Gold Coast and they were unbelievably helpful every step of the way. As far as quoting for the job, their quote was very reasonable and competitive with other companies. They were polite and up front with all costs and kept us informed at every stage of the move. We had a fairly complicated move with our furniture needing to go into storage for 2 weeks prior to being transported and be picked up without us being there. We also had a problem with an unreasonable seller who wouldn't allow the truck to unload at a convenient time. Matt changed his schedule allowing our stuff to stay on the truck until that afternoon and be delivered at a new time. They really made a difficult interstate move smooth and stress free. Phone communication was polite, friendly and helpful with Mark assisting where he could, Matt was fantastic driving some of our load up on his birthday he was fastidious about wrapping everything in blankets and making sure nothing could be damaged. Tim and Meagan were awesome. Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy, unloading whole truck with Meagan's help and making jokes alll afternoon. The whole experience was very professional and everyone in the team went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. I would highly recommend.
