Office staff where excellent in keeping up to date on pick up. Unfortunately drivers did not give prior advice on delivery time window or date to either the sender or receiver as agreed so goods turned up unexpectedly which was quite inconvenient for receiver. Otherwise service was prompt and affordable.

Found John's Removals and Storage via findamover.com for a small load to Melbourne. John was straight onto the task with a rapid fire quote and phone call and this on a Sunday night. The price was great value and even though I hadnt yet received other quotes I immediately warmed to Johns professionalism and tenacity after checking his google reviews I gave him the job. I can not explain how great these guys are! Extremely reliable, friendly & punctual.
The boys came from Sydney to Newcastle to pick up keys then travelled all the way to Bourke and back without any hassles.
And the pricing was amazing, almost half the cost of other quotes I received. Will 100% use them again next move and tell all family and friends to utilise this service when needed.
