I had a 2bdrm unit to move down 3 flights of stairs to a 2bdrm unit with 1 flight of stairs approx 15mins away. Nothing outrageous to move - stock standard. Took them just over 5hrs and $700 to do it!! I was gobsmacked! Just had a triple bypass but pretty sure I could have done it faster! No recommendation here sorry

Hi Rosina, We are disappointed with your 2 stars feedback. We deserve better than this. We quoted you 5 hrs. estimated job completion time for your move and we completed your move in 5.5 hrs. You had more than 30 cubic meter stuff and you yourself mentioned that you had 3 killer flight of stairs at pickup and 1 flight of stairs at drop off. You were right because stairs were very narrow and complicated to move down your all stuff without causing any damage to your stuff and property at both ends. However our movers completed your move in only 5.5 hrs. and your stuff were safe. At the time of booking we clearly mentioned that we consider 10 to 12 steps as a one flight and charge accordingly. Everything was cleared in booking confirmation email. Our movers had done amazing job and even you also knew and believed that your move was very tough. You even did not report us that your job took a bit long. We quoted you 5 hrs. and completed your job in 5.5 hrs. What else movers could do. We request you to if you can reconsider the feedback and you can call us in our office if you have any issue with billing. We wish you speedy recovery.

Terrible. My booking was for 10-12pm, movers came around 3.30pm. Broke the bed while trying to disassemble so that they can move it using the stairs. Then tried to charge me 100$ for stairs! when it was only 2 flights of stairs. They said 20$ per flight. But at the end started counting flights of stairs as 1 per 10 steps, which is crazy. No where it was mentioned that that's how one flight is counted, and other companies made it clear in the quotes except these guys. So I didn't pay that much...

Hi Sukhitha,. Thank you for one sided story feedback. Yes true that our movers were late because of very bad wheather. But instead of canceling your job.. mover's completed your job till late evening. You had 5 stairs of flights. Mover's simply asked for stairs charges as per the quote. But you denied to make the payment for 5 flights. Then I office called you and tried to fix the problem. But you straight away told me that you will not pay us and give bad review. Then mover's took your 3 flights payment and left without any question. On the payment day you didn't mention about any bed damage. After 2 days later we didn't get any complaint in regards to your any damage. So please stop spoiling our company reputation just posting such negative reviews. Our movers had done amazing job..like they always do. We gave you the budget of 5 hrs to complete your job and mover's completed your job in given estimated time. You should reconsider your feedback. We have 4.90 ratings on Google. We always ready to extra mile to meet our customers satisfaction. Best Regards, Peter
