These guys did a good job - moved my things, disassembled and reassembled furniture with time to spare.
They had tools with them to help them with the reassembly of my furniture, but asked to borrow my drill - which they then took with them.
I contacted them later on to try and get it back but was told they would drop it off once they have time - it has been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my drill back...

Movers were polite and moved items quite quickly with no damage to belongings.
I spoke to Mia when booking and told her that I was concerned that movers would be late as I had a young baby and needed everything to be on time for a smooth move. Mia assured me that this wouldnt be an issue as it was not an interstate move. Despite this movers were two hours late. However, the movers did contact me twice to update me on their time off arrival.

The stuff arrived safely. However, the movers arrived 1 hour earlier than the time they confirmed with me the night before (i wasn't ready when they came) they took a considerably longer time than they estimated. The movers did not know there were stairs in the drop off point and they seemed disappointed even though I made it clear in all my correspondences. They only wanted to shrink wrap the mattress and said I should have got a roll myself for the rest of the items (sofa, bed base and head, bed side tables, and other bulky items were not covered) which caused the stuff to get dirty as they were left on the curb during the loading and unloading. I honestly wouldn't use their service in my next move.

Mia is a professional well mannered booking agent and was clear and thorough with obtaining information and giving instruction of the job. A smooth process from start to finish.
The removalists, Rimon & Fahad, were very helpful and professional too. We had a sofa that after a few attempts unfortunately couldn't fit in the elevator. Without any complaint they walked the sofa down 4-5 flights of stairs. They were very pleasant to work with compared to other grumpy / bothered removalists I've worked with in the past.
I have kept Monarch Removals details for future removals and will recommend them to anyone that has a move coming up.
