1. The movers did not come to me on the scheduled and confirmed date. Myself and my partner waited there for half a day with no adequate communication about what was going on. We had both taken the day off work and wasted leave on this. I had to chase them and call four times to get any information. It wasn't until mid afternoon when it was actually communicated to me that the move was now rescheduled until the next morning.

These guys did a good job - moved my things, disassembled and reassembled furniture with time to spare.
They had tools with them to help them with the reassembly of my furniture, but asked to borrow my drill - which they then took with them.
I contacted them later on to try and get it back but was told they would drop it off once they have time - it has been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my drill back...

Movers were polite and moved items quite quickly with no damage to belongings.
I spoke to Mia when booking and told her that I was concerned that movers would be late as I had a young baby and needed everything to be on time for a smooth move. Mia assured me that this wouldnt be an issue as it was not an interstate move. Despite this movers were two hours late. However, the movers did contact me twice to update me on their time off arrival.

However, the movers arrived 1 hour earlier than the time they confirmed with me the night before (i wasn't ready when they came) they took a considerably longer time than they estimated.
