Just a booking agent that arranges backloading transfers on who knows which carriers. I did not take extra insurance and my few possessions were all poorly treated. I was not able to be onsite for the delivery, and it seems no care at all was taken. 3 out of 5 electrical plugs were crushed flat. Unfortunately, as you were not present for the delivery, and also unavailable by phone, our drivers placed your items in what they believed to be the best option for your ease of access. I wish to apologise for any inconvenience the furniture placement may have caused you. We have no record on file or via email showing that you requested an assembly service for your bed and dining room table. Therefore, these items were left disassembled.
