Was supposed to arrive at 7.00 am, received a text at 7.05 am saying the truck wouldn't start, couldn't get in touch with anyone at the company until after 9.00 am. Was put on hold multiple times until the phone just hung up, even after telling them not to put me on hold. When i finally spoke to someone they told me it would be no later 11.00 am. Movers didn't arrive until 11.30 am, didn't have any tools or equipment only basic moving gear. Once i showed them what needed to be moved i was told my wardrobe wouldn't be able to go because they couldn't guarantee the mirrored panels would be safe as they didn't have the right tools. Had to call the business multiple times (again being put on hold until the phone hung up), when i finally spoke to someone they told me they would fix it and i never heard anything back from them. Once the move was finally complete and i advised that i would speak to the company to dispute the invoice i was told the reason why my wardrobe didn't go was because there was not enough room and had nothing to do with the equipment. Do not use this business
