Very efficient movers and generally good at moving, I had a pretty big move and they completed in 2.5 hours. I will say they are quite rough with care of goods though. Luckily I did plastic wrap a lot of my furniture and bubble wrap fragile items. They also did charge me extra at the end of the move due to long distance from the front gate to the unit which I can understand but something to be mindful of when they quote you as this isn't always clear.

The reason the rating was impacted is due to the overall charge did not match the quote (additional $100) and when I asked numerous time for a break down as to why I never received a response back which was disappointing. We had some issues with moving a piano (they had been given details but did not have the adequate equipment or manpower) so a second trip the next day was needed, which was unfortunate as it added extra expense.
