I received several emails before the move to confirm about the details which is a big plus to show how they care about this job. The guys showed up a bit late due to the previous job which I think is understood. They use cloth to cover the furniture to ensure it is not damaged during the process and they even have a special cover for TV in different size which is really impressive. During the move they showed their professional skills since I had a lot of stuff and they are really thoughtful...

Movers came 2 hours earlier than expected but that was okay. They were super efficient and packed up all the items so quickly. The covers brought to protect the items were very durable (particularly the one for the TV) and everything was moved without being damaged.

Removalists arrived 2 hours after scheduled time, citing previous job took longer than expected. Should have been better quoted ahead of service.
They did a pretty good job once arrived, but due to delay took a lot longer for them to get to delivery location. Having said that, was a 2 hr minimum timeframe which was far greater than needed.

When I read their positive reviews, I was skeptical. For some reason I also had a low standard of expectation of removalists in general. But I thought all the positive reviews for Opera warranted a chance to use them. I tell you now I wasn't disappointed. From the get go I had to try keep up and infront of them. The two removalists from Mongolia delivered an excellent service. They came with professional equipments that helped them load with efficiency and looked after my belongings well. They communicated with me clearly about instructions. I could tell they had been working highly efficiently even though the time exceeded the maximum quote by half an hour. Very good at getting stuff out, a little rough and rushed om getting stuff in to the new place. Left a visible scrape on the door frame of the new place when bringing a box in. These guys got us out of a real bind after our original movers cancelled just 12 hours before they were supposed to turn up. They were early, and smashed through the loading and unloading very quickly. It took a long time because we lived at the top of a three-storey building with no lift, but they never complained once. The team was a couple of hours late, however this was due to the inclement weather that was affecting Sydney on the weekend. I received regular email updates throughout the day, however I had to call the team to get an accurate ETA.

I worked as a removalist through uni and have seen a range of good and bad removalists. These guys were awesome.
We did the whole job in an hour less than what was originally estimated.
