Worst service! Worst move! Took 9hours to move a 3bedroom house and they left all boxes just in garage just to finish up - had to ask the movers sooo many times to just work faster. They scratched my leather couches severely after i asked the guys to wrap it and they dont want to take responsibility and said it can be fixed with olive oil! Worst service ever! Would give 0 stars if there was an option to!

Arranged pick up time of 12midday and they specified a window from 12 to 1pm. Received a text message just after 9am stating they’d be at pickup address at 9.15.am... I advised this was not the time we requested and was not ready for them and they said that this was their only job today and going home after. I said we would travel to the pick up point and would only pay from when we arrived... 9.35am. Removalist’s hardly spoke English and were very slow... having been a Removalist, I encouraged them along and was disappointed how slow they were... one of them would watch the other tie off items... no need for that... especially on an hourly rate. Tried to charge us for 3hrs when it was only 2hrs30mins and also tried to charge extra 20 bucks for a credit card fee... ! Then reduced it to $10 Be wary!!

Time of arrival was quoted between 2-4pm. Received a call at 4.30pm to say that they had been asked to take another job and would be at least 2 hrs and was I ok with this which I said no. They arrived at 5.30pm and we moved in the dark. The men were tired after a long day but were very efficient .
