The job is done, overall a good experience! However, what I didn’t like was when it came for taking payments, they were always up for a call and waiting and communicating. Once payment done, they were seriously lacking in communication to the point they caused anxiety to many people engaged with my removal job. Their manager was always ghost - out of no where, he used to ring with No Caller ID. And later no update, and you can’t even callback.

I'm rating 3/5 for the service as described since the quote and the final payment were different. I was quoted a no stair fee but the movers charged me stairs fee once they arrived to the drop off property.
2/5 for communication as I was not informed of delays in the removalists arriving at my address. Management could've handled the communication of further delays better given that the removalists didn't reach the property until 11:05 am.
2/5 - Punctuality as mentioned above. 3 hours delay and should've been communicated better. An opportunity for the team to improve.
2/5 - The team misplaced a couple of bed base pieces at the pick up location and when I reached out to the team I haven't had a response yet. I had to go back and pick those up myself.

Sorry for your experience, in relation to the stairs fee, initially you stated 1 flight of stairs however it turned out to be on the top floor 4 flights of stairs so obviously we have to charge, in relation to the arrival time you were contacted the night before by our Operations Manager who told you that the initial team assigned has contracted covid due to our guys getting tested weekly by law due to Interstate line, you agreed on the delay so I do not know where to go from there. Your job was completed in minimum amount of time.

Have already said this over email, but the guys were fantastic! It was a little bit of a late start because of other jobs, but once they were in they were pleasant, efficient and helpful, and worked hard all the way through! (Also they were very patient with my rather 'odd' new neighbour at the unloading address!)

My recent move went okay once they arrived. The two guys who helped were nice but due to language barriers, it was difficult to give instructions without any Spanish translator. There timing was 4 hours past the initial planned start time but worse still, the phone call the office did not result in an expected call to update progress so it was a bit anxiety inducing.
Another problem was with the capability of the movers to carry heavy goods. This resulted in me having to help a lot with lifting and straining myself in the process. It also meant the job took 50% longer than expected so the cost was inflated in equal measure, despite us being well prepared and only making a single trip.
I’d suggest booking with more experienced providers even though they’re fast to provide a quote. Best of luck to the guys who helped anyway.

The guys came and took a look at the house and started complaining. They said that it will be hard for them to dismantle our 2 cots and a study table. We ended up doing that to save time and money. We knew the guys will not be able to do anything except lift and move stuff.
That was not what was explained to them and what was accepted.
We ended up paying close to 1000$. Agree that the house was on 3 levels but despite that, the guys could have done a better job.
But this is also a comment on the general Movers industry. Totally not to be trusted. Just use them to move stuff. Not to dismantle or assemble. We went to Airtaskers eventually that same night to fix our cots.

Jackson and Sebastian were great to deal with. It was a hard job down 2 flights of stairs but they never complained. I would use them again.
Some feedback:
Had no confirmation on the day of ETA, so that would of been appreciated.
Surprised that they are not allowed to use tolls as was prepared to pay them, instead an extra 20min on the trip due to this.

The team I had assigned to me was very polite, prompt and took great care when moving my furniture. I would consider using them again.
My only constructive feedback would be a more detailed invoice, which shows a breakdown of whatever deposit, call out fee and costs were involved rather a single line item for X hours.

The guys were absolute machines moving my stuff! They did not stop for a minute in almost 4 hours. They handled everything with care to and from the place and we’re pleasant and polite.
I gave 4 star for punctuality because it was a little late but honestly… the 5 star performance from these guys makes up for it.

He helped organise the move and gathered an inventory list which helped in determining the amount of cubic metres to and exact amount, this enabled the right truck size and a one trip relocation. The absolute best movers we've had in years. I severely underestimated our load, but the boys did the best Tetris job they could. It was unfortunately still too much, however they were speedy enough that it didn't quite matter.
We had another company scheduled to grab stuff from a storage unit at the same time. They kept pushing it back for 5 hours - delegating it to two separate companies who also pushed it back in time - before we told them to shove it and asked Polaris to do it. It was organised quickly and swiftly.
The guys worked a solid 8 hours without breaks, they saved our nightmare of a moving day without even complaining. Thank you so much!

I strongly recommend this wonderful service. I had difficulties being ready for the moving day, I was stressed and anxious. I phoned the office and Tarik the sale manager at Polaris Removals was very understanding and happy to reschedule my moving date twice, he went out of his way to help me. This is the #1 all-star rookie furniture removalist in all of Melbourne! This review is relating to my commercial interstate and house move which was reserved through Polaris Removals, specifically by Taz who was and is a tremendous help organizing my mount Everest type move containing over 80 cubic meters, this involved my 4-bedroom house on top of the office relocation. To be blunt everything went well going through successfully! All my belongings were delivered exactly how it was left with the boys David and Milad completing the service in the prescribed amount of time sent to me in original quote I received, my choice involved a few things including their reviews. I am really happy with myself for going with my instinct selecting Polaris Removals. This task was unclimbable, shit was arduous, vigorous and simply testing to the will of a man. The repeat on the multitude of problems raised by those notorious power yielding building managers who constantly thew hurdles at Taz from every angle manifesting unnecessary issues trying to imply rules their specific rules and obligations in a very wide variety of ways which eventually became old and forced me to lean towards the dark side where Taz suggested we break the rules and use the lift without the building managers notice which shook me up a bit because I did not want black mark on my name! I am very glad I listened because Taz managed to get the delivery at 2.30 am while everyone was sleeping! It was amazing these guys went way above the typical “Above and Beyond” saying, this was more like myself reaching an enlightened state!

This was one of the cheapest quotes I received or may I say more realistic, it was a quick relocation of my Piano, I already did my house move with another company and they couldn't move my Piano so I had to get a second company and Polaris Removals and their employees pulled through, I was sent an extra man for the job at no extra charge so thank you for that and everything else. Excellent from start to finish these guys are really experienced, I could tell by the way they handled my furniture contents. I think their names were David and Mick. Supremely professional, efficient and exceptional customer service from Tarik, he was always fast to reply to my questions even though I must of been an annoyance. In the end this was the most elevating moving experienced by me ever! I don't think I will move again in the future but if I do I am definitely going with Polaris Removals without any hesitation.

David and his men made moving easy!! I was so traumatized by my past experiences. Moving my house and office was one of the most stressful events in my life. However David and his team changed my perception of moving. Moving Interstate between two cities is a pain in the neck with all these rules relating to lifts, loading docks, time restrictions etc. David and his team kept reassuring me that everything will be fine and they just carried out such hard work with light spirit. There was 2 drop offs in my move and they did the office quick unloading in great time because we had a restriction on lift use than they headed to my house, they disassembled and reassembled all my furniture and even set up my washing machine also put everything in the exact places I wanted them to be, which was all done in a timely fashion as well which absolutely made my day!!
I demand you try out Polaris Removals!! Not only do they take care of your furniture, they also take care of you. Moving will not be stressful at all if you hire the right team!!!!

Overall the general experience in one word is Bliss! I had to be out of my apartment and I only found out that day, luckily Taz from Polaris Removals pulled through sending me their most experienced team after working hours, roughly at around 9 pm although had to pay a little extra however it was worth every cent! Out of all my years using removalists this has been the best experience ever, all thanks to Polaris Removals! Thank you to Taz for organising my move on short notice practically the day before I moved because another company cancelled on me. The boys Mario and Ronnie arrived on time and took extra care with all my furniture specifically the fragile glass ware and light fixtures. If you are planning on moving in the future and want a stress free day call these guys!! Very polite and careful with goods, minimum talk. One was obviously more experienced than the other. I Did Not like the fact that the main one smelt of cigarettes / smoke (Urgh, how disgusting! and not very professional in my opinion as was their dress (could have been any two blokes)
Initial contact via email was great (thanks Tarik) Very disappointed with the actual inventory form - I may as well not have bothered as the truck they provided couldn't fit all my boxes as listed. So I had to do the majority of them myself which I wasn't pleased about considering the hourly rate they charged. I'm still waiting for the invoice/receipt to be emailed (coming up to 24hrs after they finished). Not sure whether I'd hire them again given the above.

I used Polaris Removals when I on a tight timeline and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to get through to reception quickly and easily and the whole booking process was easy and streamlined. On the day the removalists arrived right on time. They were polite, professional and respectful of my belongings. My move was tricky due to apartment lifts and two different drop off locations. They worked quickly and were in good spirits the whole time. I was grateful for their service and would highly recommend going through Polaris Removals.

Polaris Removals were really good at their moving job. Muhammad took care of our furniture very well. Moving was very fast and they did not waste any time. they even helped me to mount cloths dryer on wall.
Though while booking I was advised that for my inventory 17-20 cubic truck will be enough but movers had to leave some stuff behind as it didn't fit in truck.
They tried to fit as much as they can and truck was packed full.
So while booking just make sure you book bit bigger truck, I was not aware of all these specification before booking.

Despite being very thorough with my description of the move it took twice as long as quoted and was subsequently charged double the original quote. They two movers were pleasant but did not seem experienced which may have contributed to extra time.
They applied tape directly to furniture without checking if the tape would cause damage. I am still cleaning tape residue off white goods.
They did cause damage to the cupboard doors of the premises I was leaving.
Pretty underwhelming overall.

Amazing service. They were able to provide us the best quote quickly when we needed an urgent/last minute removalist service.
