I got my items pickup today; Jason is very good and care for my items, but the company admin Kristine is bad and rude. One of my items is China display, honestly it is 1st time I know how it called but since the item is very large and heavy, I tried to told Damian who I believe is company owner that I can provide measurement for accurate quote. As all quotes are based on customer submitted information we are reliant on correct and accurate details. When the correct item is selected we do not need measurements as the item selected will always have a small variation item to item. That is why it is important to select the correct item from the list. A China cabinet is not a two piece Buffet & Hutch. The customer was charged the exact pro-rata amount for the additional space taken up. We dealt with this situation quickly, honestly and professionally.

Totaly disgusting experience no comunication with extreme movers who were the worst company ever most of my boxes were damaged on arrival and lots of my things broken beyond repair .I thought I was dealing with Roadways removals onky to find out a bit too late that they actually just pass the contarcts out to other companies? I will never recommend either removals. I have moved a lot and have never had such a bad experience. They should be ashamed to take money from people totally unsatisfie...

Beverley, We are sorry to hear your move did not go as well as expected. We must advise that this is the only time we heard anything from you about your move. It would have been nice for you to contact us to see if we were able to assist and help with any problems you had. Please find below the response to your complaint from the contractor that performed your relocation. Regards, Roadways Removals Beverley’s boxes were packed extremely heavy, so heavy in fact that 2 of our boys struggled to lift them together. During the switch to the Victoria truck, the boys let the boss know they didn’t want to move the boxes again, due to their weight and the fact that the boxes were not of the best quality. Even the boss checked them and agreed that minimal movement of the boxes was best. So the poor quality of the boxes, along with the weight, of course is going to cause massive strain to the boxes themselves. The boys always move and load all items with care, but can only do so much when boxes are way beyond lifting limit and breaking on their own, due to the weight inside them. We haven’t received a call from this customer regarding any breakages, nor a call about the boxes.
