Hi Ashleigh, The 2 bed rails were safely delivered to your father within 2 weeks and were picked up within the required time at the first pick up spot. Although at the start there was some miscommunication between you and the driver it ended up being sorted within the time frame you were told. Cheers

New Ways Removals (Matthew & Harley) was very friendly and helpful. They took great care of all our furniture and did not waste time standing around. The unloading was done with great care as well and I will definitely recommend their service.
