Removalists seemed unprepared and underequipped. Be wary if you have high quality furniture. They moved the 3 seater couch from the 1st floor over the balcony, and then took the smaller internal stairs for the smaller armchairs and table even though there were more accessible outdoor options. They tipped the fridge almost horizontal and provided no advice on how to best ensure easy and convenient removal. They put a hole in the wall of the stairwell and it took quite a lot for them to stop...
