They stopped contacting after confirming my booking. Tried to call them so many times but they never replied. Straight goes to voicemail. I had to look for other options in the last moment and so much extra cost was added. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Communication was good and the movers both in Sydney, NSW and Elizabeth Town, Tasmania were polite, hard-working. The furniture was well packed/inventoried and arrived damage free. As the move was from the mainland to tasmania and was a backhaul (part load) job, it was explained that an exact arrival date could not be provided. I would highly recommend this company.

Mattresses and the rest of our furniture was covered in splashes of mud, brown stains, layers of dirt, dust and hand prints. Dealing with this company in the aftermath has been horrible. This Client rebooked with Tas furniture transport to move back to Tasmania only a couple of months after this move so this review doesn't make a lot of sense
