Goods in transit have up to $100,000 insurance coverage, public liability & property damage up to $10,000 mil coverage.
Hourly rate from the minute the guys start loading until they finish unloading.
All removals are minimum of 2 hours. Following this, we charge per minute.
Extra removalists charged at +$50 per hour.
The truck is fully equipped with free of charge materials: Soft Felt and hessian blankets, Cardboard, Specialised trolleys, Removal Carrying Straps, Loading Ramps and Tools to Assemble / Dismantle.
All of our staff have industry experience and are reliable, efficient and friendly.

Great service and they did an excellent job in helping us with the move. I engaged Top Removals as there was no extra charges for using stairs. Our lift had broke down and we were living on the 10th floor. Elpee was very helpful and communicated clearly in her conversations and emails. A shout-out to Marshall, Jeremy and Ryan for taking on this difficult job. They helped ease the stress of the move and made sure everything was done professionally. Thank you!

Martial and Ryan were great for our move. They were very friendly, courteous and took great care of our belongings. As our 3 person couch did not fit in the lift to our new apartment, they lugged it up 6 flights of stairs, and even had good banter whilst doing it! I was booked in/confirmed with Markus for 7am and no one showed up until 820am. I tried to call but no one got back to me and there was no communication from the drivers to let me know that they were going to be late.
I received really great service once they got there. The guys were nice and took good care of my things.

Horrible service, I honestly wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Quoted 2 hours, took 7 and charged my card for 7.5! Good communication until they have your credit card, now they are impossible to get a hold of. The customer service was excellent, I'd made a mistake with the dates and Top Removals quickly helped me reschedule to the desired date. The truck turned up on time and all the furniture and appliances were well looked after by the friendly removalists during the move. The loading took a bit longer than expected, but the guys did well very with the challenges at the final destination!

The team got absolutely on time... Spot on. 2 very helpful Brazilian guys that put a lot of detail to care the goods and a huge effort, even when we realised on the new unit, the lift was smaller and some things they moved via stairs. On the evening before the move, we got a call saying the truck had a repair and they cannot make it at scheduled 9am but can come at early afternnon. The move was on a saturday and their office was open only at 11am, so till 11am we had no clue when they would arrive. I was only able to get in touch after 11am and I was then provided an update. Overall a great job, however we were told we’d be charged by the minute after the first 2 hours but they rounded up to half an hour when we were a few mins over the hour .. we paid an extra $50. Would recommend but confirm terms upfront.
