Goods in transit have up to $50,000 insurance coverage, public liability & property damage up to $1,000 mil coverage.
Hourly rate from the minute the guys start loading until they finish unloading.
All removals are minimum of 2 hours. Following this, we charge per minute.
Extra removalists charged at +$40 per hour.
The truck is fully equipped with free of charge materials: Soft Felt and hessian blankets, Cardboard, Specialised trolley's, Removal Carrying Straps, Loading Ramps and Tools to Assemble / Dismantle.
All of our staff have industry experience and are reliable, efficient and friendly.

The team got absolutely on time... Spot on. 2 very helpful Brazilian guys that put a lot of detail to care the goods and a huge effort, even when we realised on the new unit, the lift was smaller and some things they moved via stairs. Great effort, great dedication, zero complains. Recommended to anyone on the move.

On the evening before the move, we got a call saying the truck had a repair and they cannot make it at scheduled 9am but can come at early afternnon. The move was on a saturday and their office was open only at 11am, so till 11am we had no clue when they would arrive. I was only able to get in touch after 11am and I was then provided an update. Finally they came at 1:30pm. We asked the guys if there was a problem with the truck and they said there wasn't any problem and they came at their scheduled time. The guys were polite and did great job carrying the items down 2 floors and then up 1 floor at the destination. They displayed professionalism during carrying all items including fridge, sofa, tv unit and coffee table and packing all the items with blankets. They were working very fast in the beginning but after 2 hours, lowered their pace. We wanted some of the wooden items like cupboard and shoe rack to be wrapped first but they said its hard to carry and they wrapped them after loading in the truck, anyways there was no damage to them as they handled the items properly, so no issues there. We asked them to take the toll road and they did the same. Unloading was smooth and they placed items in the rooms we wanted. We had to carry items in the end because it was crossing 4.5 hours and saved half an hour. Other than the last minute change of timings, everything else was good and the guys did a great job.

Overall a great job, however we were told we’d be charged by the minute after the first 2 hours but they rounded up to half an hour when we were a few mins over the hour .. we paid an extra $50. Would recommend but confirm terms upfront.
