Their truck was the perfect size for a single load,it was very clean, inside and out, as were their blankets and straps. The guy that they sent to help me, one of them was inexperienced. My mattress was torn on the side as they dropped it several times when moving it to the truck.
Also, some additional charges such as plastic for wrapping your mattress. I would not say I would not recommend this service but I would not using them again.

Actually your job was a fixed price, we offer a cover mattress as an option and you don't have to purchase it if you don't want it, but we cannot guarantee that your mattress will not get dirty inside our truck , we use the truck every day for our jobs and we don't have time to wash and clean every single day, I hope you can understand that. All the boys that work with us are very experienced as you can see in all our reviews in here, google and Facebook, you probably didn't look very close on how we work, so because of that I think your review it's not relevant and well not take any action in regards the matter. Wish you all the best, but next time would be better search for another revamolist.

Few points of difference from other removalists 1) cheaper 2) the boss Rodrigo actually chased up on quotes and explained the moving process 3) communicated well regarding needs, size of truck and realistic hours required for move

Very careful and communicative movers. Its an understandably busy time for housing including for movers. Only complaint was that the trucks didn't have a drill so furniture had to be disassembled by hand which is time consuming and when paying by the hour wasnt ideal. Out of four removalists teams we used in the past that was the worse.
They arrived late that caused an issue with cleaners.
They were exceptionally inefficient in packing and unpacking that added almost two extra hours (it is our fourth relocation within three years with the same amount of stuff so we can tell when it is inefficient).

I don’t agree with your feedback to be honest, your move took time because nothing was organised prior by you, we had to lose time organising your stuffs, the access at the delivery location wasn’t easy as stated by you. Our movers were punctual and took the care to pack the truck as well as possible. They arrived at our destination in good time. However, after the movers had left, I noticed that some of the boxes were stacked on their side and some boxes placed on top of fragile boxes. I felt that more care could have been given in this area.

The sales manager, Rod, came out to the new house on an evening a week before to ensure the large truck would fit.
Rubén and Thiago were absolutely fantastic on the day of the move. Very friendly, exceptionally hard working, and took fantastic care of our furniture.

Thanks for your feedback Karla, but that isn’t true at all. We didn’t give you a fixed price for this job, we gave an hourly rate and an estimate based in our past jobs, but you actually had a very hard access at the pick up location and at the drop off as well, long walk with small lifts in both properties, so that isn’t our fault that took more time that YOU WERE planning and not we did say to you that, next time make sure to be more flexible with your budget during a moving process and not try to rush us to finish the job asap. Your matress wasn’t damaged, your matress got dirty inside the truck ( which we tried to sell you the cover matress but you denied that ), so since you didn’t have a cover matress and also didn’t accept one from us, that’s not our responsebility at all, you did contact about that and being not our fault I still came to your house and cleaned that for you, so please don’t say in here that we 3 out of 5 stars in everything because this isn’t the true at all about our service, this is disgusting to read actually. Have a good one.

Reason I say don’t let prove fool you is I had a quote that was an extra 50% of the cost and they claimed they charge higher because they are so great.
