Hi Tony, Sorry for the damage Tony. But could you please provide us with the picture of the fence damaged? The driver who moved your house already informed Left hand side of your fence was old one already damaged. And they didn't even park in your drive way too. And its been already more than 2 weeks that we have already moved your house. You have contacted us for the invoice after a week but you did not say about the damage at that time and you were texting me back for good feed back when the boys finished the job too. Being honest is our first top priority. We will compensate or repair your fence if the damage was done by us. I booked this removalist company for 12-2pm Friday 30th March, by 12.30pm that day no one had arrived, when I phoned the contact person for the company they were unsure of who I was and when my booking was. When they called me back they said the removalists would be another couple of hours and that I had booked them to come sometime between 12-2pm which was never communicated to me. The removalist arrived at 2.10pm so not even within the 2 hours. This was a massive inconvenience for myself and my family members who had come to help me. If the company is going to organize a booking to begin sometime within a 2 hour window then that needs to be clearly communicated. The removalists themselves did a great job and were very efficient. I was given a discount of $5/hour as compensation.

Over the phone, text messages with you and conversation that we had through email, everything is clearly mentioned that boys will be at your place between 12-2pm. You did not even try to have a look at your job order,messages or email then tried to blame us on the day. This is the fact that Boys gave you a call in advance and arrived at your place on time. And you were the one who asked us to come to your place in the afternoon. Thus, we gave you timetable as 12-2pm arrival. We gave you already no extra fee for Easter holiday, but you were asking us to give you discount because you were expecting compensate for wasting Easter holiday with your family. We still remember how happy you were when we gave you $5/hr discount on your price rate. And you had too many boxes which was more than the inventory list that you provided us with.I believe you know that the first trip was almost full of the boxes. We gave you 5 hours job estimation. And boys finished your house moving in 5 hours and half. 8 ton truck with two trips in 5.5 hours, Boys worked hard to give you our best service. In the end, we gave you discount too. Removalists were on time to the minute. After confirming the quote, Ray suggested 3 movers instead of 2 due to the move requiring lift access and then moving all items through the basement to the road. I went with the suggestion at an extra cost but didn’t really see the benefit. There was one guy who was very proactive and one who required lots of direction from the others to get stuff done and take proper care when moving. A lot of the time the third mover was standing around watching the other guys and at times 2 were watching one pack the truck - a bit of wasted time and money. The guys got the job done 30mins later than the quoted timeframe based on 2 movers. I’d use the company again but only with 2 Removalists.

Wecube were great to deal with. I've paid more for removalists previously and I had a better experience with these guys. They were hard working and fast and it was a super hot day as well. They even arrived before I did to my new residence which hasn't happened before. They accommodated fragile furniture which I really appreciated. An improvement I could suggest for removalist companies in general, is to provide towels for the guys to use, as on hot days the amount of sweat everywhere is a bit off putting.

These guys got the job done well. There was good communication prior to arrival and they were punctual. The job was completed successfully (including dismantling and assembling items) within the specified time frame. The only critique I would have is that you should just ensure that you properly pack/cover anything especially delicate. However, I must stress that nothing was ever damaged during the move. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Wecube removalists and would certain employ them again when I need to move. They did a fantastic job removing furniture down 2 flights of stairs and packing it like a jigsaw puzzle into their truck, all items covered in blankets and securely strapped in. The 2 young men were calm and very efficient with a polite and respectful manner. They charged exactly for the correct time and are great value for money. A trustworthy company I would certainly recommend.
