Job was organised for lunch time and the guys were tired and fatigued from the first job. This meant the move went slower than expected. Slightly damaged my timber bed head, but they reduced the cost by an hour as a result.
That said, the service was friendly and overall I'm happy with the result.

They managed to get my very large couch into my first floor unit with a very narrow stairway by getting it up onto the roof of the truck and levering it over the verandah. Very nice moving men, did it all with a laugh.

Best removalists ever! The two lads were here 30 minutes early at 7.30am and were super lovely. Everything was packed swiftly with no messing around. One item did break during packing but they offered a discount on the final cost which was great. They were also happy to have a good chat while finalising paperwork. The job was estimated to take 4 hours and ended up being about 4 hours and 15 minutes so all done before midday. Thank you Wecube, you were amazing!

Removalists arrived 30mins earlier then booking time. Was disappointed when not all of my furniture was able to fit in the truck despite being recommended a truck size. This cost me more money as I then had to hire a trailer and make multiple trips nyself The two guys were very slow to pack and unpack and took at least 30minutes longer travel time to get to the drop off location then it took me and i stopped to get petrol. Overall a fair job.

The truck size got confirmed between you and me as per the item list you provided on this website. I understand the customer will have more items on the actual moving date but it's not our responsibility to take all your personal belongings which are not even packed in boxes or containers. Sorry for coming 30mins earlier but i highly doubt you would have finished packing with all your 4bedrooms' stuff in 30mins on the the day.
60km away from Pick up to Drop off, The boys finished your house move in 4.5hours. How fast did you expect us to get your house move done? The boys did a great job even you were not organised on the day. Well, we don't deserve this rate but i do respect your opinion. Hopefully, someone can fulfil your demands on your next move.

They were strong, friendly, efficient and attend to details. They even found out a smart way to get my table to the balcony which was considered impossible. You have mentioned only 11 items in this website. Of course we would quote you the minimum hours job as you are moving within the same suburb.
The truck was fully loaded and you let the boys drop some items in the storage unit at Ashmore on the day. Did you tell us about this before you booked the job? And have you even reported or called or tried to talk to us about the missing item? We would have sorted this out for you already. It's been 2weeks already since we moved your house. Please don't try to cheap out and try to get compensation from us by leaving a misleading review like this.

There were issues with the truck the day prior to my move but I was kept up to date every step. There was a delay in service due to this bit once again the communication and being kept up to date was great along the way. The actual moving process was quick and careful, and all movers were extremely thorough. Even all of my plants survived which I know is not always the case with a move. 10/10 would recommend this service to others looking to move and would personally use them again myself.

I would highly recommend Wecube removalists and would certain employ them again when I need to move. They did a fantastic job removing furniture down 2 flights of stairs and packing it like a jigsaw puzzle into their truck, all items covered in blankets and securely strapped in. The job was completed successfully (including dismantling and assembling items) within the specified time frame. The only critique I would have is that you should just ensure that you properly pack/cover anything especially delicate. However, I must stress that nothing was ever damaged during the move. The truck we sent to your house was 8 ton truck on the day. And you had too many boxes which was more than the inventory list that you provided us with.I believe you know that the first trip was almost full of the boxes.
We gave you 5 hours job estimation. And boys finished your house moving in 5 hours and half. 8 ton truck with two trips in 5.5 hours, Boys worked hard to give you our best service.
In the end, we gave you discount too.
So you have paid accurate amount of the job.

We sent you the booking confirmation letter to your email. Over the phone, text messages with you and conversation that we had through email, everything is clearly mentioned that boys will be at your place between 12-2pm.
You did not even try to have a look at your job order,messages or email then tried to blame us on the day. This is the fact that Boys gave you a call in advance and arrived at your place on time. And you were the one who asked us to come to your place in the afternoon. Thus, we gave you timetable as 12-2pm arrival.
We gave you already no extra fee for Easter holiday, but you were asking us to give you discount because you were expecting compensate for wasting Easter holiday with your family.
We still remember how happy you were when we gave you $5/hr discount on your price rate.

The driver who moved your house already informed Left hand side of your fence was old one already damaged. And they didn't even park in your drive way too.
And its been already more than 2 weeks that we have already moved your house. You have contacted us for the invoice after a week but you did not say about the damage at that time and you were texting me back for good feed back when the boys finished the job too.
Being honest is our first top priority. We will compensate or repair your fence if the damage was done by us.
