Initial contact with staff on the phone was good. Pick-up of belongings on 13 Oct went smoothly, removalists were friendly. The day before delivery, everything went badly: (1.) I was told that I would have to pay about 40% above the quoted price; (2) late on the morning scheduled for delivery (9 Dec), I rang head office, to be told my delivery would in fact be at 2pm; (3) close to 2pm, I rang again, to be told it would be after 5pm; (4) when they finally arrived, the removalists were rushed and unfriendly; (5) two valuable belongings were damaged through mis-handling - including my Sean Dix table top (scraped along one side) and Brabantia bin (top battered and scratched).

The quote we provided you was based on a backload/scheduled run to QLD and the price was based on the inventory that you initially provided. As the inventory changed the day before your move, the price increased. With backloads/scheduled runs it is advised that time-frames for pickup and delivery are subject to change.
