The guys were great! Clearly communicated price per hour and how they worked. They turned up on time with a call 30 mins before they would arrive. Did a good job fitting everything into the truck. Straight to the new house and unloaded with care. Definitely would recommend or use them again.

David and his men made moving easy!! I was so traumatized by my past experiences. Moving my house and office was one of the most stressful events in my life. However David and his team changed my perception of moving. Moving Interstate between two cities is a pain in the neck with all these rules relating to lifts, loading docks, time restrictions etc. David and his team kept reassuring me that everything will be fine and they just carried out such hard work with light spirit. There was 2 drop offs in my move and they did the office quick unloading in great time because we had a restriction on lift use than they headed to my house, they disassembled and reassembled all my furniture and even set up my washing machine also put everything in the exact places I wanted them to be, which was all done in a timely fashion as well which absolutely made my day!! I demand you try out Polaris Removals!! Not only do they take care of your furniture, they also take care of you. Moving will not be stressful at all if you hire the right team!!!!

Out of all my years using removalists this has been the best experience ever, all thanks to Polaris Removals! Thank you to Taz for organising my move on short notice practically the day before I moved because another company cancelled on me. The boys Mario and Ronnie arrived on time and took extra care with all my furniture specifically the fragile glass ware and light fixtures. "We searched for a removalist on find-a-mover and put our details into their system. Alex was one of the first to call up, but immediately you knew you were dealing with the owner/person who would be actually moving your possessions, as opposed to a call centre trying to book as many jobs as possible. Alex broke down the process in very simple terms in relation to engaging with him, then once we engaged (booked/paid deposit), he went through the process in detail around how to move as efficiently as possible prior to moving day. This was from ideal sized boxes to pack, what to pack in varying sized boxes, and how to make your furniture prepped for moving. Alex and his son arrived in a gleaming brand new truck (you can tell when someone has pride in their own possessions - they're likely to take care of yours), and he was OK with me helping to reduce time and thus costs etc. As they were packing the truck, I was amazed at the care and precision of his 3D tetris skills, plus his use of all the tools of the trade, moving blankets, straps, wrap, tape, brushes, lashes etc. We moved from Sydney to Newcastle and it went off without a hitch. Alex and his team worked like trojans, plus we had a lot of banter and laughs on the way, on what was a very long day for all. I cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough. I was really pleased with Ray and Roy who helped me with a local move but with a large number of items. They arrived early on the day slightly ahead of schedule, and were friendly and easy to work with from the start. The team were clear on expectations and efficient in their approach. For some of the items which couldn't fit in the truck, they took a pragmatic approach to helping us get the items to the new place, and then worked well together to rebuild furniture and items. Ray came well prepared to take down the existing wall mounted TVs and had all the tools and skills to rebuild everything as included with the quote. Ray and Roy took lots of care with our items and there were no damages or breakage with the items. I really enjoyed working with Bet Removalists and would recommend them to others. I also give credit to Anita and Michael from the Bet Removalist office who were a pleasure to deal with on the quotes and details, and kept me informed along the way.

We had a very good experienced with A2Z crew on our move from Sydney to Melbourne. Good communication, pretty much everything happened on time with absolutely no damaged on our stuff, not a scratch.

Showed up 1/2 hour late, and only called after the start time. Whole move took a lot longer than expected despite us paying extra for a larger truck and extra person. Insisted on dismantling completely IKEA beds although they were already partially dismantled to get down stairs. A few items minor damage, and minor damage to door frame and walls of property we were vacating.

Outstanding service, handled my property with care, office staff made the process very easy. Highly recommend these guys!!
