Really punctual and did amazing job even with the rain. Only problem was that the team wanted to unmount our dining table which wasnt necessary in the end. When the mounted it back at destination there was a small issue but nothing bad.

Working with Dione in their main office was one of the main reasons I was happy to go ahead with this quote so full credit to her and her work attitude. The downside was the movers should have arrived between 1-3pm, but arrived at 4pm as apparently the previous job took longer than expected. We did get a third worker thrown in for free as a way to apologise for the delay, but frankly when you're moving on a Friday and you've taken a day off work to get the move done before the evening so you can settle in, its already somewhat too little too late. Two of the movers seemed new to the job and were slow to get the job done. The lead though was more hard-working which almost made up for the fact that the other two were not so on the ball. Supposedly my phone number was given to the movers wrong so that's why they weren't communicating with me on the day. Sure, it's a simple error, but surely if you're not getting through to someone you would follow up with the office and find out if the number is right, or get them to follow up? I struggle to find this a reasonable excuse. Overall, the move was done, there is no visible damage on any of the goods so no fault there. It was more the customer service the movers on the day that was a let down. Dione though was very warm and accommodating from the office.

I was really happy with Opera Removals. The guys were quick, professional and nothing was a problem with them. Would highly recommend them, and will use them again if needed.
