My employer chose the cheapest quote for relocation and we got even less than that. We got a dishonest provider with little or no integrity. On the day of the move they called an hour before telling me they're going to store my items in their unsecured shed for an undefined period of time instead of delivering them to my paid storage unit. Hi Are you sure it was with us that you move with as we are advance Australia removals not advance Removals who have nearly the same name as us as we dont have a shed but we do storage in a proper storage unit which is lock up with electic gates and alarm and man held and i dont remember your move which i have gone though all the emails

We are very grateful that even though this company was dearer ... they came through when we needed it so would recommend them certainly.

They were great to start with with communication on when they were picking up etc, they did not unfortunately quote the packing of boxes etc which was on the original request and ended up being a late minute hassle to get them packed myself, it felt like they did not quote that to get the cheapest quote in order for me to take the job.
