Communication and time of arrival was not so good. Goods arrived safe and sound. Destination of of the piano a bit out of the way so not delivered on 2 attempts as schedule was too tight. 3rd attempt good.

Men doing the job we're very good and took great care. However, there was massive miss communication between what office staff told me and what was told to movers.
Booked 3 people, 2 arrived then had to wait for additional to arrive. Company then wanted to charge waiting time.
