After being contacted by Bachitar Singh of DBX transport confirming date and time of pickup of my effects from store on 16 June I spent an hour waiting for someone to turn up. I tried phoning several times but everything went thru to voicemail. I then resorted to email and eventually was contacted by a driver who said he was contracted to DBX but my booking was not passed on to him. He said he was in Goulburn and wouldn't be in the ACT till after 2pm and he would contact me then to see abo...
