The movers were nice and mainly careful with the stuff. However they used a blanket to drag stuff when a flat trolley should’ve been used. Also the moving truck was not large enough so they had to make two trips and some of our big stuff was left. Honestly I would never go with this removalist again as we still had to move a lot of stuff ourselves including large items. For the price I feel it wasn’t worth the stress of being left with things that cannot be moved in a normal vehicle.

Cheap, basic removal service. None of the removalists spoke much English so communication was an issue. OHS was completely ignored (one was even wearing thongs). Boxes were thrown on the floor , upside down, at the delivery address. I was not given a receipt upon payment. At one stage my partner had to give them instructions about how to move a table.

Was told would be extra, so paid the removalist and extra $80 extra only to have 1/2 of the items that were in my initial list left behind. Not at all happy. Took me that whole long weekend to get the additional items that should of been moved done. Thinking about it, I would of been better off going with another company. Have txt the removalist, however no replay Would not recommend.

Hi Sharon, thanks for taking out time and getting back to us, we really appreciate any feedback our customers provides. So first of all you told us to bring a smaller truck so the price becomes cheaper even though we mentioned that your stuff is 16 cubic metre and our smaller truck is 16 cubic meter as well, so it would be
better to use a bigger truck. Next we charged you $80 extra because you wanted another worker so you can get the job finished quicker and we did so.
