Unfortunately not a great experience. Despite painstakingly completing their online inventory form weeks prior, the truck sent on the day was far too small and needed to make two trips to complete our move, meaning we had to pay for double the time we were quoted and had budgeted for. I checked weeks in advance if Amex was accepted, to which they said yes, but at the end of the move our Amex card wouldn't go through. The guys who did the move called the head office, who tried the card again...

The boys arrived right on time and were so quick with moving all our furniture. Our new apartment had quite a few stairs but they were still efficient with the unpacking of the van and nothing was broken or amiss. We had been quoted the move could take 3-4 hours but it only ended up taking the minimum 2.5 hours. Would definitely recommend!

I was very happy with my movers. They arrived on time and wearing masks which put me instantly at ease as moving during a pandemic is not ideal! They were friendly, careful, quick and efficient. My furniture arrived in tact and they took great care with my tv, which was my biggest concern. The whole move only took 2.5 hours which is exactly what they quoted me and the price was exactly as quoted. Overall I was very happy and would definitely recommend Gold Line Removals. The guys took great care of everything, were very friendly and polite. No damage or breakages and they worked hard on a very hot day. The move went well, but it did take longer than anticipated as the trucks only barely fit all of our belongings in, so a lot of time was spent trying to get it all in the trucks. Communication was very good. We were overcharged but it was immediately refunded once the issue was pointed out.

There was good care on the goods moved themselves, but not the walls. There were significant scuff marks and scratches without apology. About the itms the boys left in your old address, the boys asked if you guys want to move the pot plant and you guys didn't required the movement of this items, and you guys leave the please earlier and the boys can't ask about the rest when the pickup was completed. The day after I offer you to go for free to pickup this items for you.
