I was really happy with the service I had for my interstate move - the guys were professional, worked super quickly and carefully, and kept me in the loop when the truck broke down and the schedule slightly changed. Even when a previous drop-off had accidentally taken our boxes, the team worked super hard to have all items returned to us within the next hour. The admin team were also very responsive and helpful before and after the move, and always made me aware if further charges could occur.

Original communication from head office was great, however not a lot of communication during moving day (including them turning up late). Job took a lot longer than estimated by company. Mattresses were not wrapped as quoted.

The main guy who could speak English was not very professional, was very aggressive and threatened to leave my things in the street when I asked to move things along. He did this to my friend too. At the first location I found them just standing in the truck on their phones. The other guy was fantastic and the person I spoke to initially was great. It wasn’t a great experience on the day.
