Hello David I would like to thank you for the review you give our company. I just like to apologise if you felt frustrated. But I like to explain my self. You job is large need 3 man . I give you price for 3 man and another price for 2 man , you decide to go with 2 men then you will bring other person to help . After you booked with me you cancelled the job as you choose other company . At that time I find another job . Then you contact me and told me that the other removalists did not show up and you like to do the job in the same day . I told you we have job and will finish at 4pm . But your job was an urgent and has to be done Sam day . I accept the job without changing any price. After my job finish in Sydney 4pm . I drove down to Canberra. Arrived at 8pm . We loaded the truck with your and wife hep ( thank you ) . We finish lodging just past 12 am . You was very generous that you offered us accommodation, but we couldn't accept as we going to Melbourne one day later . We drove 5 hours to Griffith and rest in the truck for 2 hours. We arrived at 7 am . Start unload the truck. We called you as you requested to tell you about our arrival. You told me that you will be at Griffith at 10 am as we agreed last night. At 10 am you did not arrive, we were very tired and I called you to ask you about your coming, you told me that very soon. Then at 11 am I called again as we already finish unload. You told me you will be around 11.30 am . Then I told you if you come after that then I will charge you 1 hour extra. It sounds not right I understand, but the truth I told you that to encourage you to come as early as you can . Because we very tired and still need to travel 7 hours back to Sydney. The approval of what I am saying is the truth that if you notice that you came after 11.30 am . And when I collected the money I was smiling and did not mention anything about extra money. I collected the money and gone. Is that true my friend. Hopefully you understand our side. Regards Ash
