Arrival at destination changed over the following 2 days a couple of times also, again disruptive. No compensation offered despite it costing us to rearrange our travels. Didn’t care or follow up on broken BBQ. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience overall.

We cannot recommend Ransom Interstate at all. From lack of communication from the beginning we should have cancelled these providers when Vicki failed to respond to emails. The cowboys tossed our fragile boxes onto their filthy truck with very little care. We have not one piece of furniture that survived undamaged. Under no circumstances do business with these people.
