It was indeed a trouble-free move. Much cheaper than last time I moved - although I appreciate there were a number of factors involved. But they took good care of my stuff including plastic wrapping. Then there were no extra fees such as return-to-base & petrol - but that was all part of the quote - and one of the reasons for selecting them. So no complaints at all.
