I will say they are quite rough with care of goods though. Luckily I did plastic wrap a lot of my furniture and bubble wrap fragile items.
They also did charge me extra at the end of the move due to long distance from the front gate to the unit which I can understand but something to be mindful of when they quote you as this isn't always clear."
